We were all born with our own internal drum – our heartbeat. We hear the heartbeat of our mother in her womb.  Making contact with a drum awakens our sacred, awakens our soul. The beat of the drum represents the heartbeat of Mother Earth herself and hearing or facilitating this “heartbeat” by playing the drum, brings healing and a deeper understanding of your connection with all life.

To birth your own drum is both a beautiful and spiritual process, as you will be placing your love, energy and intent into your own personal, special and powerful hoop drum and cocreating a sacred instrument in collaboration with the spirit of your drum and the Divine

Birthing your own drum can be an emotional and joyful experience, often you find yourself energetically preparing to let something go so you can fully embrace the medicine and essence that forms in the creation process.

To set the scene for the day, we honour the directions and drum. Settle into a guided drum meditation where  sacred light language codes are weaved into form to create an eden space, a divine embodied consciousness. This attunement will support you to settle within and merge with the sacred heart of your own inner landscape.

Together we will set our group intention for the day and drum to fill the collective space with our intention.

We will go deeper and journey (guided meditation) to meet the spirit and essence of your sacred drum and beater. 

You will observe demos of making a felt beater and drum giving you and have the space to ask questions, before being guided back  into your inner sanctuary space so you can invite in the Spirit of the drum and your guides to work with the you as you cocreate and lace your drum and make your beater.
